The Bird Box Mod which stands for "Modest" is a really nice home for your migrating birds or local friends. It packs completely flat and ships flat. When it arrives you get to figure out how to put it together if you like puzzles or follow the instructions if that doesn't interest you. The nice thing about this bird house is that it can be easily disassembled to clean out anytime you want. The Bird Box Mod is built from Corten steel which is something really special. It comes to you raw, but over the course of a few months develops a rust patina on the surface of the metal. This patina forms a barrier layer keeping the cortex from continuing to rust almost as if you painted it, but with this rustic look. The bird house will last for decades if left to it's own devices.
