We want you to love your TreeBird purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Our 30-Day Return Policy
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a standard return:
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging or equivalent protective packaging.
- Proof of purchase or an order number is required.
How to Start a Return

Include your order number and reason for the return.
Once your return is approved, we'll provide instructions for sending your item back. Please do not return items without contacting us first.
Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to a change of mind or personal preference, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, TreeBird will cover the necessary return or replacement shipping costs.
Original shipping charges, if applicable, are generally non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of your refund status.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We carefully inspect and package our products to help ensure they arrive safely.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery whenever possible. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
We'll work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost.
If you discover a manufacturing defect after installation, please contact us so we can review the issue. These claims will be evaluated individually and are not automatically excluded because the product has been installed.
Natural Corten Steel Weathering
Many TreeBird products are crafted from Corten (weathering) steel, which naturally develops a distinctive rust-colored patina over time.
Variations in color, texture, and weathering are normal characteristics of this material and are not considered manufacturing defects.
These natural variations do not affect your ability to request a standard return within the applicable return window, provided the item meets the return eligibility requirements.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for standard returns:
- Custom or personalized products.
- Items that have been installed, used, or altered after delivery.
- Final-sale items clearly identified as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
These exclusions do not apply to eligible claims involving damaged, defective, or incorrect products, or override applicable consumer protection laws.
Order Cancellations & Changes
If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We'll do our best to accommodate changes before your order ships. Once an order has shipped, our standard return policy applies.
