At TreeBird, we take pride in creating quality products that bring a little more nature and character to your home. We work hard to make sure every order is carefully packaged and delivered safely.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the contiguous 48 United States. We do not currently offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.

Shipping Costs

We offer FREE standard shipping on orders over $99 within the contiguous United States.

For orders of $99 or less, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Free shipping eligibility is based on your merchandise subtotal after discounts and before applicable taxes.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

During holidays, periods of high demand, or unexpected circumstances, processing may take longer.

Delivery Times

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after your order ships, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its progress.

Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to correct it before your order ships.

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us so we can help investigate with the shipping carrier.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery whenever possible. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

We'll work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost.
